Today there is just an overall of what occurred; no specific tasks were assigned.
Kickoff is in 5 days away and preparations are coming to a closure. All major cabinets and carts have been transferred to the old building. The field has been put into storage and will most likely not be removed until we get the new challenge/field ordered in. The T-Shirt robot has been put into transportation to be brought to the Duff’s house until use at the Football game.
The remaining of the time was used to talk about some goals and standards for the session. The conversation is as follows:
-Team roles, who is doing what, we wish everyone’s desire to learn be in the field of their request. However, we still wish to keep the optimal people in the optimal roles. Some of the roles already established are Preston as head manager, Eric as head machinal engineer, Coach Dave as mechanical mentor, Coach Duff as management mentor, and Coach Bodey as programmer mentor.
-Schedules, who is arriving at which days
-Saturday schedule will be discussing some of the team roles with all of the people here and what to look for in the session.
-Discussed how the different parts of the process will overlap and intertwein.
-Talk to Cheerleaders and Miami East administration about exact time of shooting the T-Shirt cannon.
