Time: Friday: 7:00-7:45. Saturday: 9:00-2:00. Sunday: 10:00-2:00.
This weekend was the WACO Fly-In, an event set up by WACO bringing in hundreds of people. This is one of our biggest outreach events in the year and an attraction for many new members. We had a total of 3 people show interest in joining and will hopefully be attending future meetings.
We had apparencies every day of the T-shirt Cannon Robot, firing a total of 18 T-Shirts! Some confetti as well.
We had had the field set up with the mini robot, now dubbed “Pinocchio”, and the practice robot from last session. The new banner was also displayed, and multiple people scanned the QR codes for the Website and YouTube channel.
