Since we will be having 5 senior members leaving this year. The robotics team will hence be losing lots of experience and leadership. To help our rookie members have a ledge to jump up on from the start, we discussed ways that we can keep the success and progress of the team after we are long gone.

A senior member in each sub-group will work on writing docs about each section of our team. With this knowledge they can be given the standard for our team professionalism. They can build off it even more and achieve things that we didn’t get time to do.
The senior members will be meeting after practice one day to plan out how this will be tackled.
